We have fanatics in our "delivery room" that are waiting on pins and needles to get your order to you as quickly as possible. How can I check the status of my recent order?
Glad you asked.... All you do is the following 3 steps: 1. Fill in your WEB ORDER NUMBER 2. Enter the EMAIL ADDRESS you used when ordering 3. Then click SUBMIT This will provide you with the latest updated information about the status of your order!! Then do a little dance...(go ahead, no one is looking). More than likely your order is in process and on it's way - WHOO HOO!
When can I expect to receive my order? I live in the USA want to select the "STANDARD" Shipping Rate? Normal Standard Shipping = you'll receive in approx 1 week. You can count on us to ship your order fast! Not many things at Big Dot are "standard" we are kind of crazy around here. Crazy enough to make "standard" shipping that you receive in about 1 week! Yes We Can Do It! (Most orders leave our facility the next business day!) We know your event is IMPORTANT, and we are excited to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Our team members have even offered to lay in front of the "big brown truck" to stall him and get even more orders out, we will do whatever it takes to get you your order!!
DO YOU SHIP FAST? I NEED my order FAST ... How much will that cost ...and can you do it?

How long does it take to "make" my order even with personalized items on it? TO SUM IT UP ... We're crazy about fast turnaround, even on personalized items!
If you order Monday - Order leaves our facility Tuesday!
If you order Tuesday - Order leaves our facility Wednesday! If you order Wednesday - Order leaves our facility Thursday! If you order Thursday - Order leaves our facility Friday! If you order Friday - Order leaves our facility Monday!
If you order Saturday or Sunday - Order leaves our facility Tuesday! (Saturday and Sunday are non business days, so we treat them like orders that come in on Monday, hence they go out on Tuesday).
Do you ship internationally?
We no longer deliver outside the U.S., however we can take orders from anywhere in the world for delivery within the United States. Our Big Dot fanatics have also offered to hand deliver orders internationally, and we appreciate the initiative they are taking, however it is not feasible at this time. :) We are always looking for ways to get our great products out to even more people, so please check back with us!
What shipping carrier do you use to ship?
We ship most orders via UPS or Postal Priority Mail. We have had offers from our staff to hand deliver our products (especially to the warmer climates), however we are sticking with the big brown truck and little white truck for now!
What method of payments do you accept?
Currently, we accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We process all orders through a "secure" shopping cart. Your credit card is charged upon receipt of the order. If for some reason you choose to cancel we will issue a credit to your card. If you change, add on, or rush fees are necessary, there will be another transaction on your credit card to reflect the difference in the change to order. BigDotOfHappiness, LLC is our parent company and that is the name that will appear on your credit card statement!
How do I place an order?
All orders may be placed by calling our Expert, Experts toll free at 1.800.274.4282, by sending us an email at smiles@simplybirthdaystuff.com, or by using our secure shopping cart online. To order an item by shopping cart, click on the "Add To My Shopping Cart" button beside the product you wish to order...please fill in personalized and custom information carefully to ensure an accurate order. Upon receipt of your order, we will e-mail you a confirmation with the specifics of your order.
Our Guarantee/Return Policy
We take great pride in our ability to give you unique and quality products! If for some reason, we mess up and there is an error on OUR part, we of course will cover all costs to replace the item for you. If you decide you do not want your purchase and decide to return it, we must receive the item(s) back in NEW ORIGINAL CONDITION. For example, we must receive back with original packaging, not damaged, not used or worn and must have original tags and package material with them. It is very important when shipping back goods to be sure to carefully re-package appropriately so no damage will occur in routing back to us. We will refund you the price of the product** once items are received back to us in new condition. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs back to us for a return. (**Notes: In many cases Restocking Fees from 10-50% will apply, especially on favors/gift that were uniquely made just for you, also original shipping costs are non-refundable. Sorry, no returns on "PERSONALIZED" items. Prior to returning, please contact us and we will give you return information).
Will you ship to multiple addresses?
Yes, we love to share and are sometimes concerned we have split personalities - so this fits right in, however additional shipping fees may apply.
What happens to information I submit?
All details submitted will be kept confidential. We do not sell names, addresses, numbers, or any other information you give us.
If I order a few different products, will they all come in one box?
We take pride in announcing that ALL your products ship right out of our facility!! So, yes they will all come to you directly from us :). If you order a bunch of stuff, there is a possibility that you may receive more than 1 box but wait until you see our boxes you'll want to order even more!!
Do you have a print catalog?
We do not have a printed catalog at this time. We are always adding NEW lines and the best way for us to show our customers what we have available is our websites! We update our sites OFTEN! In 2008, we hope to have our first mini-printed newspaper catalog...if you would like to receive our first run in early-2008, email us smiles@simplybirthdaystuff.com, please be sure to give us your Name, mailing address.
